Return & Exchange Policy on Eligible Items
Discounted, Sale, and Custom Items/Orders are all Final Sale.
Returns & Exchanges are accepted when requested within 3 Days of Delivery (after that, it will be denied). We will message a Return Authorization (RA) and shipping instructions for the return to be made within 7 Days of the RA. Buyers are responsible for all associated shipping costs. We suggest acquiring Tracking and Insurance when shipping item.
All Return & Exchanges must include the original inner packaging, and items must be in its new, unused, and unwashed condition, free of stains, odors, pet hair, and damages.
All Returns & Exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee covering our original shipping and handling costs. Buyer is responsible for any loss of value.

Please inspect your order upon Delivery. If your order appears damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of Delivery with photos and your preferred remedy. If the damage appears to have occurred while in-transit, please send photos of the damaged shipping packaging for Claims purposes.

Which size Boho Lounger do you suggest?
Depends on the person. Regular size is best for kids and anyone ~5'2" and under of normal weight, Large is good for anyone ~5'10" and under of normal weight. Xtra Grande is good for everyone but it's really big and chunky and you'd need a large space for it.
I like the Large size for myself and I'm just shy of 5'8"... You can sit and play video games in it...but to lay around and lounge in, the Xtra Grande is better. I personally like the Large better for interior decor reasons as well -- the scale works in most rooms.

What filling do you suggest? Where can I buy it? How much should I get?
Most people use regular bean bag filling (polystyrene beads), just Google "bean bag filling" to find them! Usually they're in 100 liter/3.5 cubic feet bags. Since Boho Loungers® are handmade ethnic textile covers, avoid overfilling, max ~3/4 full. So the amount of this size bag of filling you might get is:
Regular (30x40"): ~1 to 2 bags
Large (40x50"): ~2 to 4 bags
Xtra Grande (40x60"): ~3 to 5 bags
Some prefer using buckwheat hulls, dry beans, grains, kapok, shredded foam, shredded wool, cotton batting, old pillows & clothes. Some types are heavier than others - we prefer the lighter types so we can move it around and flip it back into shape easily. Convo for more info!
Why are the zippers on my Boho Lounger® missing pulls?
Please check through all the packaging documents that came with your Boho Lounger® as there should be Childproof Zipper instructions. Message us if you had misplaced them and we'll message you back a step-by-step detailed instruction!
Care instructions
On handmade, ethnic fabrics like mudcloth, we always recommend Dry Clean or Spot Clean to maintain the integrity and look of the fabric.
